Welcome to our newly re-designed website! The launch of our new gloucesterhornets.ca site is a big deal to us and we hope you find the changes useful.

One of the things we wanted to improve over the old gloucesterhornets.ca site was to make the information on the site easier to access. We got a lot of feedback from developers, players, parents, coaches and managers which centered around the fact that they couldn’t find what they needed on our site. So we decided to revamp our existing site to allow us the opportunity to not only change the look and feel, but, give us a vehicle that will allow us to manage information so the site becomes a true resource to our end-users.

As we started contemplating a new site, we enlisted the website design help from one of our Hornets players, Cory Leger (cory.leger@gmail.com). Cory has re-designed our entire site, provided technical training to our staff and  will assist going forward as we optimize our site.  Cory continues to guide us through the design process and will be an integral part of managing our data in the future. We’d also like to thank Allanah Thompson for her recommendations on layout, design and content inclusion. Finally, thank you to the Gloucester Hornets Executive that somehow found more volunteer time to contribute to the success of our site launch. Thanks guys, you seriously rock.
